What is Vector Art?
By definition, a vector graphic uses polygons located in a 2D environment to represent images, using mathematical formulas to create lines and curves, which can be edited and added attributes and values such as color, shape, thickness, fill, etc. The combination of these geometrical forms create an image, unlike a bitmap, which is composed of very tiny dots called pixels, which are basically tiny squares with a determined color, arranged in a pattern to form a graphic.
